This 44.65 Ha Eco Garden Masterplan is envisaged as a high-class residential development to cater to the need to increase quality housing due to increasing standards of living for the population of Hue City as well as the surrounding provinces.

The Architectural Concept for all Buildings is the ‘morden interpretation of the traditional Hue Architecture currently present in Hue city’. This should include not only the capture of Hue Traditional Style Architecture but also the recreation of the private and public spaces that results from these architecture.
