This iconic Mixed-Use Building is located in the City Centre of Ho Chi Minh City at the junction of Saigon River and Tau Hu Canal. We worked together with S+M Architect [Singapore] on the Concept Design. The main design feature included the recladding of the entire building with façade panels resembling the 3 dimensional ‘Scales of a Dragon’. An elaborate façade lighting design was included to ensure the building will be visually stunning at night. Once completed, this will be the next iconic building in the famous Ho Chi Minh City Skyline in addition to the Bitexco Tower.
